(Hong Kong – July 2009) Yang Guifei, one of the four beauties in ancient China, was the beloved consort of Emperor Xuanzong during the Tang Dynasty. Executive Chef Tam of Yat Tung Heen has created a variety of dishes in honour of the imperial meal of Yang Guifei. Fusion feast of Tang Dynasty and ancient West Land
During the time of the Tang Dynasty, communication with the ancient West Land was frequent; therefore, the people of the Tang Dynasty used to eat a lot of food imported from the West Land such as pumpkin, winter melon and lychee, which they called the “Western Food”.

Making use of all these “Western Foods”, Executive Chef Tam blends the imperial meal of Yang Guifei with his creativity to develop the new and special “Yang Guifei Feast”.
