Recently awarded one Michelin Star, Executive Chef Tam has fashioned three menus ($1,880 for 4 persons; $3,880 for 8 persons & $5,680 for 12 persons) for this special day.

Suckling Pig and Deep-fried Pumpkins with Pomelo Sauce Served with Pancakes
Infused with the refreshingly sweet and sour flavour of Pomelo sauce, the skin of the suckling pig is fried to perfection while the sliced meat simply melts in your mouth.

Braised Shark Fins Soup with Crab Meat & Crab Roe

Treat yourself and enjoy Shark Fin’s soup that is prepared with some of the rarest and the finest of ingredients including Chicken and preserved Ham that are doubled boiled in broth.
