Inspired by one of the famous Shanghainese appetisers – Sliced Pork with Garlic and Chilli Paste, Yat Tung Heen culinary team marinates the young bitter melon with garlic paste to accelerate the original flavor and bitterness can be barely tasted to chill you out.
Charming Tip: Bitter melon – the best appetiser in summer without a doubt– merely contains fat and protein with low calorie but it is rich in potassium, vitamin C and folic acid which can relieve human tiredness.
Cucumber rolled with Turnip, Beancurd Sheet and Celery with Mustard Sauce
