Green Meetings by Eaton

Some hotels already offer green meetings as alternatives to their existing meetings packages. However, these packages are often more expensive to the end user as they ask for the client to pay a premium for offsetting the hotel's carbon footprint.

At Eaton, the "Green Meeting" is the standard and by making this package our sole focus, we can ensure that the products and services we offer are not only environmentally friendly but are also of the highest quality and represent excellent value for money.

Offering 3 fully flexible ballrooms and 10 function rooms totaling 3,000 square metres including the centerpiece Diamond Ballroom, Eaton represents a great proposition. And the launch of "Green Meetings by Eaton", we can ensure every aspect of the event will be environmentally friendly and achieve the target of reducing our carbon footprint, as well as our customer's.

"Green Meetings by Eaton" offers an array of meeting packages from half day to full day options, prices ranging from HK$350 per person per half day*. The meeting package also features a number of green initiatives including low carbon menu, fair trade coffee break, pure filtered water, waste reducing facilities and more.
